Artist's Description

The Boulder River flows from its source at Craig Lakes in the west side of the Cascade Mountain Range. It is a tributary to the North Fork Stillaguamish River in Washington. The designated wilderness area protects the Northwest forest and stream ecosystem.

Working as a professional fish biologist, I focus on salmon ecology and ecosystem restoration.
