Description
On a misty morning on the top of Mount Haleakela on Maui, fog rolls down the hillside to the Silversword plant. The rare and delicate Silverswords, called 'ahinahina in Hawaiian, can live up to 90 years but flower only once in their lifetime then die leaving seeds to the wind.
