An adult bald eagle is perched on a branch with green lichen and an early morning blue sky in the background. Bald Eagles migrate to the Skagit River in Washington every year to eat returning salmon and steelhead.
About Nancy Gleason
Fish Biologist & Nature Photographer. I am a life-long Pacific Northwest resident with a passion for nature photography. Working as a professional fish biologist, I focus on salmon ecology and ecosystem restoration.
